Particularly
beneficial to
pubs, restaurants
and cafes, the
unit features the unique Aserve™
technology to only
heat the sections
with food upon
them, and is
interchangeable
between ceran
hotplates and
heated Aplate™
carving pads to
suit the user’s
requirements.

The Key features of
the Aplate™ Carvery
Station are:

Interchangeable carvery pads
and Aplate™ ceran hotplates.
2) Roll-in mobile energy-efficient
Hotcupboard.
3) Hotplates & carvery pads operate
at 40ºc standby temperature until
food is placed upon them.
4) Takes only 90 seconds to reach
full food holding temperature of
75-95ºc.
5) Holding temperatures are pre-set
thereby negating any chance of
staff attempting to manually
adjust temperatures and causing
operator errors.
6) Ease of maintenance and
cleaning leading to reduced maintenance osts.
7) A massive reduction in heat transfer compared to standard hotplate displays, thereby providing a more comfortable operating environment: Aplate™ heat is directed to the food source only.
