Aplate™ Chicken Counter Coming Soon

The first prototype of a revolutionary Aplate™ Chicken
Counter is currently under construction at Holmes Group’s
manufacturing plant in York. The counter is designed to
incorporate the unique Aplate™ technology to hold hot
chicken products effectively and efficiently without
compromising on taste. Watch this space for further news
on the increasing range of Aplate™ foodservice products.

Garden Centre goes Greener!

The UK’s second largest garden centre group, Dobbies
Garden World, has recently undertaken the first of a
series of Aplate™ retro-fits in their customer café at
Gailey. The result is a heated food display that will
reduce the garden centre’s energy bill, keeps food
fresher and tastier for longer, and is more pleasing on
the eye; take a look at the photos to see the difference
from old to new.

Aserve™ Hotcupboard:
Holmes Group’s dedicated Design & Development Team
is currently working on the Aserve Hotcupboard to
utilise brand new sensor technology to hold food more
energy-efficiently. It is thought that by using this unique
technology Holmes will be able to offer its clients a
hotcupboard that saves in excess of 75% energy,
dependent on existing usage.
